As you can see Chinese drywall has become a very large problem and there are many lawsuits in the works. Guarnatee fellowships and manufacturers are fighting over who's to blame--and who gets the bill. Unfortunately, as it commonly happens in cases like this, the litigation could go on for years while thousands of families suffer from the effects of this toxic drywall.
