These hinges allow the panels to fold over each other in whichever direction you want. Revolving type is the one where the panel is attached at the centre with means of an axis and the far ends of the panel can be pushed, which causes the panel to pivot about the axis. This type is not generally used in homes as it takes up too much space but it is quite ubiquitous in commercial establishments.
